Liquid Rennet

Liquid rennet is a pure and standardized solution of enzymes extracted from the abomasum of suckling calves and/or cattle.
The product can be supplied with or without sodium benzoate, which is used as a preservative, within the limits established by law.
The product does not contain additives of any kind and its original genetic characteristics are not subject to any modification. It does not contain colorants, bleaching agents, flavourings or other additives of microbial or genetic origin.
Liquid rennet can be supplied in various titrations (coagulant activity) according to the client’s needs. Consistent activity and quality are guaranteed with every supply.

Spicy Liquid Rennet

Same features as rennet paste, but in liquid form.
Spicy liquid rennet is a pure and standardized solution of enzymes extracted from bovines, ovines and caprines.
The product can be supplied with or without sodium benzoate, which is used as a preservative, within the limits established by law. The product does not contain additives of any kind and its original genetic characteristics are not subject to any modification. It does not contain colorants, bleaching agents, flavourings or other additives of microbial or genetic origin.
Spicy liquid rennet can be supplied in various titrations (coagulant activity) according to the client’s needs. Consistent activity and quality are guaranteed with every supply.

Rennet Paste 2000

Spicy rennet paste
Spicy rennet paste is made exclusively from processing the contents of the stomachs of suckling lambs and kids.
The product is supplied without sodium benzoate.
Spicy rennet paste is purified and dissolves directly in water without the need to be filtered.
The product does not contain additives of any kind and its original genetic characteristics are not subject to any modification. It does not contain colorants, bleaching agents, flavourings or other additives of microbial or genetic origin.
Spicy rennet paste comes in the two standard titrations; other titrations can be produced upon the client’s request. Consistent activity and quality are guaranteed with every supply.

Lamb rennet paste
Lamb rennet paste is made exclusively from processing the contents of the stomachs of suckling lambs. The product is supplied without sodium benzoate.

Powder Rennet

Powder rennet is a natural enzyme preparation extracted from selected suckling calf abomasa. The product is supplied without sodium benzoate.
The product does not contain additives of any kind and its original genetic characteristics are not subject to any modification. It does not contain colorants, bleaching agents, flavourings or other additives of microbial or genetic origin.
Powder rennet comes in the three standard titrations; other titrations can be produced upon the client’s request. Consistent activity and quality are guaranteed with every supply.

Lipases

Lipases are a solution of enzymes extracted from the pre-gastric glands of lambs and kids.
The product is a complex enzyme that has an effect on milk triglycerides, releasing medium and short chain fatty acids. These acids are the main source of the characteristic flavour of certain cheeses.
The product’s original genetic characteristics are not subject to any modification. It does not contain colorants, flavourings or other additives of microbial or genetic origin.
