A history of commitment, work and success

Paride Venturelli Srl has a history of commitment, work and success, with roots that can be traced back to the mid 1940s. The company was founded in 1948 by Mr. Paride Venturelli.
The main activity was the processing of slaughterhouse by-products. Over the years, the company began to focus on the production of rennet paste.
In subsequent years, the company expanded its product range by supplementing the existing production of rennet paste with the liquid rennet production line.

Characterized by its constant attention to meeting market demand and readiness in satisfying customer needs, the company further expanded its product range and, in the early 2000s the production of rennet powder was added alongside the already firmly established production of rennet paste and liquid rennet. Since 2003, the company has been able to produce and supply natural rennet in the three typical commercial forms: rennet paste, liquid rennet and rennet powder.

Initially known and appreciated in the markets of northern Europe, the company subsequently expanded into new domestic and international markets, consolidating its position and contributing to the achievement of prestigious awards for specific types of cheese made with natural rennet.

In addition to its long term experience, Paride Venturelli S.r.l. also benefits from the UNI EN ISO Quality Management System certification achieved in 1998 and the Halal Certification obtained in 2015.
